Heather Gladden - Cloud Phone Systems

Heather and her husband Steve founded Michigan Broadband Systems when Steve was laid off from the last job he would ever have, working for someone else. Heather is a classically trained musician and Certified Zentangle Teacher, among other things. For Michigan Broadband, she handles administrative aspects and has taken on learning about their cloud phone system and other unified communication tools, adding to the portfolio of products to help their clients. She is proud of the fact that their business was started by referrals and continues by referrals – since 1999! The reason for this is that they really take care of their clients. She says, "Our clients are like family".
