Our Story & Purpose

CGM was created by local business owners who wanted more than just passing professional referrals. We believe that strong, intentional relationships lead to long-term business success. We formed CGM to offer a high-trust, no-fluff networking space where professionals can build lasting partnerships and drive serious results.

Professional Referrals

With one seat per profession, there's no competition in the room. When a member's client needs a service outside their expertise, the first call goes to a fellow CGM member. That's a warm referral — and it's one of the most valuable things this group has to offer.

Referrals are shared during every weekly meeting, tracked, and celebrated. Because accountability matters here, and so do results.

Founders & Leadership Team

CGM was founded by a core team of professionals in fields including law, marketing, finance, and real estate. The group is led by a rotating leadership council that ensures meetings are purposeful, inclusive, and well-run.
