Our Story & Purpose

CGM was created by local business owners who wanted more than just passing referrals. We believe that strong, intentional relationships lead to long-term business success. We formed CGM to offer a high-trust, no-fluff networking space where professionals can build lasting partnerships and drive serious results.

Founders & Leadership Team

CGM was founded by a core team of professionals in fields including law, marketing, finance, and real estate. The group is led by a rotating leadership council that ensures meetings are purposeful, inclusive, and well-run.
